Return Period:

Upon receiving your order, we strongly encourage you to promptly inspect the items. If you identify any issues, such as damage during transit, incorrect shipment, or defects due to faulty material or workmanship, kindly notify us within 30 days of delivery by sending an email to [email protected]. Failure to do so within this timeframe will be considered an acceptance of the goods.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

Unauthorized returns are not accepted. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition (unworn or unused), with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. When returning or exchanging items, use a shipping method with tracking information. Note that items on sale, and damages or losses caused by customers are non-returnable.

  • Damage or loss caused by customers is non-refundable.

General Return Process

Initiate a return by contacting [email protected], providing images and/or videos of the items, and your order number. Our customer service team will review your return request within 3 business days. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Charges

  • At our expense: If the return is due to damage, a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping costs of the return.
  • At your expense: If the return is made for personal reasons (e.g. you don’t like it, the size isn’t right, etc.), the return shipping costs are at your expense.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled and fully refunded if the parcel has not been dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
